I met up with this wonderful foursome via Sandra Gochen who was hosting them in Cape Town. We decided to go on a winelands tour with an emphasis placed on our visit to Kayamandi.

We travelled on to Kayamandi where the following photos were taken

We stopped in at Shumi Ndlebe who showed us how to boil chicken feet.

We visited the Prochoris bead project where per chance John and George found these little beaded AIDS icons that they had dished out at a marathon last year. All in ll n amazing coincidence.

We stopped in at Rus en Vrede and had great fun winetasting and simply enjoying the scenery on this wonderful winefarm.

What some people wont do just to get the right photograph. J

We returned to Cape Town and took a quick tour of the Arcadia and Top Road areas of Sea Point before retuning to Rose Villa and Sandra's home.

A great day was had by all and that includes me as these four folk were absolutely wonderful to tour with. They enjoyed all that we saw and were very interested in where South Africa was heading as a country. Great day overall.

Hi Selwyn

Hope your new year is off to a great start. John and I want to tell you again what a GREAT time we had while in South Africa.. and how much we enjoyed your tour. The countryside is amazingly beautiful and the Township was a really great experience. Everyone was very nice and it really made you think.

We both told Sandra Gochin we enjoyed the trip and thank you for taking so many photos for us, as they turned out well.
