John and Carole Myers

Reno - Nevada

2 October 2001

I met John and Carole at the Cape Grace Hotel and we worked out a day schedule so as to see Cape Town at its best in the limited time that they had in the city. We decided on doing a Peninsula tour with highlights being Muizenberg, Simonstown, Bon Appetit restaurant , the penguin colony and the seaboard over Kommetjie and Misty Cliffs. On tour I got so involved listening to John's fantastic invention of the robotic arm for the torque inverter that I somehow forgot to take more photos along the way. The following two photos are highlights of our day.

Here we see John and Carrol overlooking the fantastic view of Simonstown.

All in all this was a wonderful day with two fabulous people.

Thanks John and Carole
