I met this wonderful family at their place of stay viz. Hourtkapperspoort and in the early morning rain we made our way to the winelands region. Unquestionably the star on this tour was young Megan as the pictures will show. JJ

We first stopped in at Rust en Vrede winefarm where the below pictures were taken.

Richard, Claire, Jeff, Sharon, Helen, Giles and Megan enjoying the bottle maturation cellar at Rust en Vrede.

After lunch at De Zoete Inval and a short tour of Stellenbosch we travelled to Kayamandi.

This was a day tour with the specific intention being to visit Kayamandi. It was such a pity that I only spent one day with this wonderful warm family. What a wonderful day this truly was. All in all the Hudarts were an absolute pleasure to tour even though they did not like our SA biltong. J

Thank you for the wonderful day as well as your handsome contribution to the people of Kayamandi
