I met Andy and Rachel on the 4th of August at their hotel and helped them with the planning of the balance of their day. We arranged to meet the following morning so as to go on a Winelands/Cultural tour.  Rachel and Andy then went on the hop on hop off bus travelling around Cape Town for the rest of the day. They enjoyed dinner at the Africa Cafe tin the evening.

We ended our day with dinner at the Sidewalk Cafe.

What an amazing two days touring with Andy and Rachel turned out to be. They were game for anything and most definitely went out of their way to see the real Cape Town as opposed to the touristy one. Together we shared so much as we travelled and overall we all had an unbelievably amazing time together. I was so sorry to have to say goodbye to the Cohn's at their hotel on our last evening together ; cest la vie this had to happen I suppose. This certainly is going to be one of those tours that I wont be forgetting to quickly and I am sure that Andy and Rachel will now become good friends of mine. What a great experience it was to travel with this wonderful couple from New York.

Geoff and Jessica - Thank you so much for sending this wonderful couple to me.

A huge thank you to Andy and Rachel for their very generous gift to the community of Kayamandi

Dear Selwyn,

We are on to next part of our trip and we can't stop talking about the
fabulous time we spent with you in Cape Town. Nothing and we mean nothing
will come close to the experiences we had with you. Your knowledge and
passion shines through in what you do, and you (and Cape Town and its many
areas as well as Kayamundi) have forever left a mark on us. We look forward
to staying in touch and hope to hear from you soon!

All our best wishes,

Rachel and Andy

We are back in NYC as of a few hours ago and I just had to write again and
thank you.

Your email to us is beautiful and we share the same sentiments. We also
loved seeing the photos you put up on the website and our families loved
getting a sneak peak at our adventures. The rest of our trip was wonderful
in different ways, but we believe that you have raised the bar for any
tourist guide and we know we will not find another like you! You made our
trip to Cape Town an experience we never dreamed we'd have or even knew we
could have. Ok, I have a bit of jet lag so I will stop rambling. Just wanted to thank you again and let you know that we arrived safely back in New York. Hope you and your family are well and we hope to continue to stay in touch!

All our best,

Rachel and Andy
