I met the Loeffel family at Avanti guesthouse and we immediately set out on a  Cape Peninsula tour.

On our first stop we visited a traditional healer, Ndaba, in Langa.

The Loeffels consult with Ddaba

Birgit and Ndaba share a photo

Birgit seems to be in two minds about the herbal chemist who she had just visited. J

We travelled on towards Cape Point and took the above picture at the Money Tree Cafe.

We were joined on our Cape of Good Hope Reserve journey by two visitors from San Francisco (seen above) who unfortunately had a car breakdown outside the Nature Reserve and who we offered to help by asking then to join us on our Cape Point adventure.

A great fun loving friendly family to tour with.

The Loeffels were a fantastic family to travel with. The way that I want to remember them is so well typified in the last photo at Moyo. The photo typifies their character as a family in that they were such a fun loving group to travel with.  We all had a very memorable journey together. What a joy this tour truly was.
