The Plisga/Hill family flew into Port Elizabeth while I was still travelling down to city and on their first day went on a safari at the Addo elephant and Schotia game park

When the family returned back to Lemon Tree Lane I was there to meet them It was great to see Gary and Jane once again and after meeting the Hills I k\just knew this was going to be a great tour.

Day 2

Drive to Knysna via Treetop Canopy tour and Bramon Wines

On the way to Knysna - Yup the plane ride to South Africa was a long one. JJ

Day 3

Brenton on Sea; Wild Oats Market;
Belvedere; Yacht cruise; The Heads

The whole family starts out on the 7 km walk on the Brenton on Sea beach

We returned to Knysna and went on a yacht cruise on the Knysna lagoon.

Day 4

Knysna to Mossel Bay and on to CV

We visited the Caravel in Mossel Bay which was a replica of the boat that Bartholomew Diaz sailed in when he rounded the Cape in 1488

Back to the "enjoy ice cream" holiday while at the Ocean Basket in Mossel Bay. JJ

We travelled on to Cape Vaccas and in the evening had a great fish dinner at the Cape Vaccas cottage that was prepared for us by Katrina

Day 5 and 6

Day 7

On to Oudtshoorn

The "enjoy ice cream" holiday continues at Avocado Pierre in Oudtshoorn

Jane eyes her lemon meringue cake with glee.

We stopped in at Buffelsdrif gamefarm where the family went on a game drive with the specific reason of trying to see rhino.
As the picture shows success was attained.. JJ

Day 8

Over the Swartberge

All aboard for an ostrich tour with Koos from Mooiplaas farm

At the Oudtshoorn cooperative where we bought some ostrich products

We travelled over the Swartberge where the following pictures were taken.

After our drive over the Swartberge we traveled through the town of Prince Albert where we had lunch before returning to Oudtshoorn via Meiringspoort.
