I met the Raphaels and Barnetts at Les Cascades and we set out on a tour of the Cape Peninsula.
Jeremy, Jaqui, Deborah and Kenneth at the Kalk Bay Harbour.
At this point we were not sure if we were going to continue
our tour as the weather did not look to conducive (see mist in background)
however it did clear up weather wise and we decided to carry on.

On returning to Cape Town we went for dinner to the Africa Cafe.
On our second day together we did a morning tour of the city of Cape Town.

After our journey up Signal Hill we visited the Mount Nelson Hotel, Green Market Square, the Dutch Reformed Church and the St. Georges Cathedral.
The Barnett's and Raphael's were very easy folk to travel with. They showed a great interest in Cape Town especially with regard to their own interests of architecture and history. In the process they continuously wanted to know more about South Africa and all around them which was great from my own perspective as a tourguide. It was a wonderful pleasure to tour with these two couples on both our days together and saying goodbye to them in the middle of Cape Town was not an easy experience.
Thank you
Deborah, Kenneth, Jaqui & Julian
for being such easy and nice people to tour with
