I met Jeanette and Lilian at their guesthouse in town viz. De Waterkant Lodge and we set off on a Winelands/Township visit.

We travelled to Seidelberg winefarm where as the below pictures show I taught Jeanette and Lilian some of the interesting facts about wine before we embarked on a winetasting led by Julian from Seidelberg

After lunch we moved on to Kayamandi where the following photos were taken.

As much as Jeanette would have wanted too, Mzwake would not let her take Nyanga home with her.JJ

My day with this mother and daughter twosome really was a great one. Much was discussed as we toured relative to the South African situation and in the process I gained lots from Jeanette and Lilian too. It truly turned out to be a wonderful day in the Winelands and I do believe that Jeanette and Lilian enjoyed the day as much as I did.
