We started our day by travelling to the Afrikaans language monument. Per chance at the monument we met up with Helen Duarte an her friends and family where we had much conversation about with is was like in the old days of Apartheid in SA as well as how this group foresaw the future of our country. The following pictures were taken of the whole group at the monument
After our journey to the Afrikaans Language monument we travelled via Stellenbosch to Mooiberg farm stall where I took the pictures below

We moved on to Ernie Els's magnificent winefarm where we enjoyed a winetasting and browsed around the magnificent farm enjoying its wonderful views as the pictures below show.

Rick and Andee were absolutely wonderful, upstanding citizens to travel with. They were such great company at all times and they truly represented an amazing pleasure to tour around Cape Town with. We had a fabulous time together and we saw as well as shared much. In essence we simply had a great time in a wonderful city.
