I met this foursome at Davids Guesthouse in Green Point where they were staying while awaiting to watch England play Algeria in the World Cup 2010 soccer tournament. Having travelled with Tricia and Steve before it was great to meet up once again and it certainly did not take long to make good friends out of Phil and Lynne too. We planned our day an decided to go on a winelands/township journey.

We travelled to Kayamandi and after taking a look at the housing functions in the township we moved onto the Ikamva Lethu (Our Future) centre where all (especially Steve who showed the kids a step or 2 - J) had great fun as the below pictures show while enjoying the dancing experience with the children at the centre.

We moved onto Lily's house and arrived after dark when we all sat down and enjoyed her life story
With Lily's family at her home.
After our visit to Lily we returned back to Cape Town .
This was a great foursome and wonderful people to tour with. It was wonderful to meet up with Steve and Tricia once again and just as nice to met Phil and Lynne. Together I think all had a great time especially in Kayamandi. Much fun was had while lots was learnt by all too as I believe the people and especially the children of the township really got close to the hearts of all. Great day with some outstanding people.
THANKS A TON FOR SUCH A GREAT
