I met Elizabeth and Molly at their place of stay in Newlands and after Elizabeth and I caught up on what had transpired since we last met two years ago we all set out on a city tour followed by a visit to the township of Kayamandi.

As a last minute type decision Elizabeth and Molly joined my wife Bette as well as my Gordon and Heather McConnel who were touring with me 2 days later at a concert at Spier by the up and coming South African group Freshlyground. We had a wonderful evening together at a great concert.

It was an absolute joy to take Elizabeth and Molly around Cape Town and the township of Kayamandi. We had a wonderful time together, so much so that before we knew it our day together was over. What a pity as our day together was such an enjoyable one. Elizabeth and Molly's joining us for the Freshlyground concert also proved to be a great experience as we all enjoyed ourselves immensely at the concert.
