The photographs on this webpage bears testimony to the fact that this was an absolutely fantastic tour with quite an amazing group of wonderful people.  This sextet from YorksHire were a fun a minute group and made for an absolutely delight to tour with at all times. The ability that they had to simply go with the flow when on tour made this whole journey through the Garden Route and Cape Town a brilliant experience, not only for the six of them but also for me.  The fun while travelling together just never stopped and we all enjoyed ourselves and learnt a lot at all times. This really was a great tour for me to do with six very happy, friendly folk who wanted to enjoy as much of the Garden Route and as possible.

This tour I will never forget as it was so so so good.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT TOUR.

A HUGE, HUGE, HUGE THANKS

Received 17 November 2008

To our dear friend Selwyn

Just arrived back in the UK after 3 fabulous weeks in beautiful South Africa. Yes, its pouring with rain here and cold!!!
Thanks for your very touching email - tears all round. We had a good last week in Fish Hoek, but all we could talk about was the tour. After the couple of bad weather days we managed to get in to Cape Town and did Table Mountain en route on the Open top red bus. The sun shone all day and everyone enjoyed the experience. Also we got to Kirstenbosch - what a place. So beautiful and peaceful.

Back to our week with you - Where do we begin. From start to finish we had so much fun, saw so many sights and ate and drank so much good, scrumptious food and wine. Phew - diets start straight away. We have all tried to pick one highlight of the week, but there were so many. Flying through trees, Overmeer, Cathbert, Lemon Tree Lane, wonderful CV, Addo, Schotia, Zest, Firefly, etc and of course Kayamandi - brave courageous determined Lili and the wonderful dancing kids. We left a bit of our hearts there and we all will keep them in ours.

Selwyn you were a star. So knowledgable, witty, and entertaining. We have got to get the wizard to get in touch with our grandchildren. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a memorable tour and long will the memories remain. Keep the flag flying for SA you are doing a grand job.

Best wishes to you and your family, God willing we may get back one day. THANKS A MILLION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
