DAY 2
CAPE PENINSULA TOUR

At a rather wind penguin colony on Boulders Beach

At Cape Point with the Cape of Good Hope in the background

At the most south western point of Africa
After our journey to Cape Point we travelled via Chapmans Peak back to Cape Town
Traveling with Miriam was an experience extraordinaire as she was such a well travelled and knowledgeable person to have in my car with me. We shared so many stories revolving around the different educational ways of Israel and SA, the politics of both our countries as well as so many other facets of life. For me the journey was quite an eye opener in that I learnt so much from Miriam and I can but only hope that she learnt the same from me with regard to my own city and country.
THANKS FOR AN AMAZING TWO DAYS MIRIAM
Received on 4 February 2010
Selwyn,
Thanks for the pictures. They are a wonderful souvenir of those two
extraordinary days. For me the highlight (if I were forced to choose a single one) was the township - and there are quite a few pictures of that
unforgettable place, with Lily, with the children etc. And of course, the remainder of the two day adventure was truly memorable too.
Take care.
Very warm regards
Miriam (in Oslo)
